Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum of three-five years as a proven leader in a professional environment; excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship management, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and presentation skills; demonstrated understanding of lending practices, software applications, and coaching.
Preferred: Bachelors degree; previous experience as a branch manager or progressive responsibility in a branch banking environment; excellent organizational skills; previous experience servicing and managing performance of a loan portfolio; proven ability to balance sales and service; demonstrated ability to meet/exceed goals; experience in retaining talented people.
Desired: Ability to analyze and understand market and financial indicators. Previous experience planning, directing, and monitoring sales activities.
