This position is equivalent to an Assistant Branch Manager. The primary objective of this role is to deliver an outstanding C&F Customer Experience to Bank customers by responding to expressed needs, including all branch transaction functions (teller or platform) and transitioning these visits into relationship building opportunities that grow earning assets. The Financial Services Representative III is responsible for proactively contacting current customers to schedule relationship reviews/deepen the relationship. The FSR III is also responsible for acquiring new customer relationships, primarily by referrals from customers and lead sources as well as occasional networking event and business development activities.

Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role is required with 1 or more years of cash handling. Previous lending experience strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills are required. Strong computer skills also required.
Abilities: Ability to generate demand through prospecting and setting meetings. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from all walks of life. Proven ability to deepen and enhance customer relationships.
Education: HS diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree is preferred; Bachelor’s degree desired. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Physical demands: Employee may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment: Work is performed in operational office and a retail branch environment
