Treasury Solutions Customer Service Specialist
The Treasury Solutions Customer Service Specialist is tasked with providing exceptional customer service by assisting with client administration, service support issues and product implementations for the Bank’s commercial and small business treasury management clients. This includes research and resolution of client requests in a timely fashion, expedited follow-up to internal and external inquiries, and identifying root causes of errors and escalating issues as appropriate.
Act as a member of the client management team with responsibility of day-to-day issues
Support the sales and service efforts for Treasury Solutions products
Provide support for internal interactions related to Treasury Solutions products and services
