    Treasury Solutions Customer Service Specialist


    The Treasury Solutions Customer Service Specialist is tasked with providing exceptional customer service by assisting with client administration, service support issues and product implementations for the Bank’s commercial and small business treasury management clients. This includes research and resolution of client requests in a timely fashion, expedited follow-up to internal and external inquiries, and identifying root causes of errors and escalating issues as appropriate.




    Act as a member of the client management team with responsibility of day-to-day issues

    • Provide client support for electronic/online banking services, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Sweeps, Account Analysis, Lockbox, Wire Transfers, Mobile Banking and other treasury management products
    • Coordinate communication with Treasury Solutions Consultants, Account Managers and other front and back office staff, as necessary, to ensure timely processing of all requests and complete follow-up
    • Maintain tracking logs, documentation and client files for policy and regulatory compliance
    • Research and resolve billing inquiries
    • Maintains working knowledge of treasury management, electronic banking and deposit products and services

    Support the sales and service efforts for Treasury Solutions products

    • Work directly with the Treasury Solutions Consultants and Account Managers to establish new services for clients
    • Contact client to gather necessary information to complete all requests timely and in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
    • Assist Treasury Solutions Consultants and Account Managers with acquiring, processing and managing documentation
    • Coordinate and/or process service implementation for clients
    • Assist with training and mentoring clients on product usage and best practices
    • Develop and cultivate client relationships

    Provide support for internal interactions related to Treasury Solutions products and services


    • Maintain tracking logs, documentation and client files for policy and regulatory compliance
    • Support Treasury Solutions Consultants and Account Managers to ensure compliance with risk, credit and client management processes where applicable
    • Perform testing of treasury management product and services as needed
    • As appropriate, channel client feedback to Treasury Solutions Consultants, Relationship Management, Operations, and Customer Service units 


    • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking
    • 3-5 years of experience in managing client relationships
    • Knowledge of treasury management products and practices
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Drives and delivers results
    • Uses sound judgment
    • Manages risk and control
    • Ability to manage expectations of clients and peers
    • Builds partnerships
    • College degree preferred
