This role is responsible for assisting the Application Support Manager in the support of the Bank’s core software applications and any interfacing software. This includes serving as the security administrator and providing branch support related to all related applications.
Special Projects/Other Duties
Knowledge:5-7 years of banking experience with 3-5 years in an operations or application support role is required. Advanced knowledge of Business Process Manager (BPM software); including how to create BPM Workflows and Processes as well as advanced knowledge of Fiserv core Applications; including inquiry, file maintenance, and specifications is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Digital products and services is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and PC skills are required. A demonstrated level of proficiency with core application, digital services, and software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a customer service orientation are required.
Abilities: Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. This role must be able to consistently and effectively meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field is strongly preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
