The primary objective of this role is to deliver an outstanding C&F Customer Experience to visiting bank customers by responding to expressed customer needs, including branch transaction functions (teller or platform). The Service Representative is also responsible for proactively contacting current customers to perform ongoing relationship management and C&F Relationship Reviews (consumer and business).

1+ years of cash handling experience required. 1-2 years branch banking experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills are required. Strong computer skills also required.
Ability to generate demand through prospecting and setting meetings. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from all walks of life. Proven ability to deepen and enhance customer relationships.
HS diploma or GED is required; Associate degree is preferred; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Employee may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Work is performed in operational office and a retail branch environment.
