Job Summary:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial real estate and commercial and industrial clients. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and offer appropriate banking solutions. Additionally, you will analyze credit risk, structure credit facilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Commercial Relationship Managers may also be designated as residential A&D and Builder Line Specialists based on experience and prior training.

Business Development (80%)
Portfolio Management and Administrative duties (20%)
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field; a combination of experience and education will be considered. 6-9 hours of accounting is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Physical demands:
Employee may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an operational office environment.
