Job Summary:
The commercial documentation associate will have minimal external customer contact, a focus on routine tasks, and have a mild progression in overall departmental responsibilities. Job functions will have moderate regulatory and reputational risk. This position includes duties such as disbursement of funds, reviewing loan documents, and resolving post-closing issues.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience: A combination of education, training, and work experience is considered. A High School diploma or GED is required. Two years of banking experience preferred. Past experience regarding documentation may expand the responsibilities of the role. The individual must be able to demonstrate an increased level of proficiency in various Bank systems based on role/responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Demonstrated PC skills are required; a level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and navigating the internet is necessary to be successful in this role. Experience with typical office equipment is necessary. Ability to balance meeting daily objectives while promptly responding to telephone and email inquiries.

Physical demands:
Employee may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds.
