The objective of this role is to manage and lead a branch office and its teammates to meet and exceed all operational, customer experience, and revenue growth objectives. The Branch Manager is responsible for the execution of the C&F Customer Experience strategies driven by our Focused on You brand to benefit customers, shareholders, C&F teammates, and the community. Branch Managers have high personal accountability for account, loan, and deposit growth driven by new customer acquisition with concentration in small business. Branch Managers are also accountable for growing and retaining key current customer relationships.
Acquire and Retain Business and Personal Banking Relationships (50%)

Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field; a combination of experience and education will be considered. 2+ years of successful management experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Travel
Must be able to travel to all Bank locations, including subsidiaries. Must maintain reliable independent transportation for commuting and business-related travel. Ability to provide your own transportation is required for this role.
Physical demands:
Employee may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment:
Work is performed onsite in an operational office environment. During and after-hours presentations at off-site locations may be required.
